You need any new number for new Telegram account (not connected with Yobit ever - it may be prepaid card - just to have new number). Create new Telegram account and activate SecYoBot on this account. Then you can deactivate it. It is just mandatory for every Yobit account to connect it to SecYoBot/telegram. Then you can deactivate it.
